The Hot Air Balloon Ride was the absolute highlight of Cathys birthday. She was never tense or concerned, as she is truly afraid of heights. I think your calming easy way of explaining everything that will happen before it happens, is the real reason, and also the safety you care about with your properly maintained equipment. The day was beautiful, the food was delicious and the crew was most fun. We hope to see you again soon.
